Membership fees are non-refundable unless the applicant is deemed to not meet the standards of membership. Loss of membership due to disciplinary action does not constitute a refund of dues paid, part or in whole.
You acknowledge, understand and agree that: (i) You have reviewed and will comply with the rules and regulations of the National American and Indian Chamber of Commerce (“NAICCO”) regarding membership; (ii) Your membership will be for a minimum term of 12 months; (iii) You will receive a renewal notice 60 days prior to the renewal date of the membership start date; (iv) You may cancel the membership 30 days prior to the renewal date of the membership start date; and (v) if you do not cancel your membership prior to the renewal date of the membership (anniversary of the membership start date), your membership will automatically renew on a yearly basis.
